SUNGLASSES REGISTRATION

FIN-NOR sunglasses must be registered in order to be eligible for the warranty as described here.

LIMITED WARRANTY (Sunglasses)

FIN-NOR sunglasses are warranted to the original, registered purchaser for three years from date of purchase. FIN-NOR will repair or replace (with an identical or similar model, at our available option) any product determined by FIN-NOR, in its sole discretion, to have a manufacturer's defect.

The limited warranty described above applies to defects in materials or workmanship only and does not apply to sunglasses which have been lost, stolen, altered in any way, chewed, misused, abused, or damaged as a result of improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to sunglasses damaged from normal wear and tear, including scratched lenses or accidental breakage.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE).

LIMITED WARRANTY (Rx Sunglasses)

FIN-NOR prescription sunglasses are warranted to the registered purchaser for two-years from date of purchase. FIN-NOR will, in its sole discretion, repair or replace (with an identical or similar model, at FIN-NOR’s available option) any sunglasses determined by FIN-NOR, in its sole discretion, to have a defect in materials or workmanship only.

This warranty does not apply to sunglasses which have been lost, stolen, improperly repaired, improperly stored, altered in any way, chewed, misused, abused, or damaged as a result of improper or unreasonable use. This warranty does not apply to sunglasses damaged from normal wear and tear, including scratched lenses or accidental breakage. This warranty does not apply if the prescription lenses are not authentic FIN-NOR Rx lenses.
