Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased from this site, and it is undamaged, please return within 30 days for a full refund. To obtain your return label and start the refund process visit customersupport@purefishing.com. 

Merchandise must be returned in the original carton with original packaging, accessories, and instructions. Products returned in non-salable condition may be subject to a restocking fee.

Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by Pure Fishing or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Pure Fishing will not be liable for returns that are lost in transit or returned to the incorrect address; please retain your return tracking information.

The refund amount will be reduced by 20% when:

  • Orders/Items are refused upon delivery
  • Returns are made without authorization
  • Returns are made past the 30 day return window

Please obtain your return authorization at customersupport@purefishing.com or contact customer service at 1-800-467-8459 to obtain a return authorization for your merchandise return. Merchandise should then be sent postage paid to the following address:
